Having worked in administrative roles for many years, Ronelle is passionate about contributing to the growth of the business. She brings extensive experience from her previous positions in the real estate and print management industries, including her role as a Branch Manager, where she led a team of 12 successful agents. Her Diploma of Business Administration has further advanced her career.

Ronelle’s background working closely with agents in her current team has prepared her well for her role, as they know they can count on her to get the job done efficiently. In her previous role, she managed a top-performing team within the company.

In her daily activities, Ronelle supports the team by preparing, processing, and managing all forms related to property listings and sales, ensuring her colleagues have what they need to perform at their best. She utilises tools such as Realworks, RP Data, and Agent Support to enhance team efficiency. To provide outstanding client service, Ronelle focuses on supporting her agents and ensuring compliance with all necessary paperwork. She stays updated on industry trends through training sessions from Place HQ and meetings with other Office Managers.
