Born and raised in Australia, he has always called the Redcliffe Peninsula home, currently residing in Clontarf on the Redcliffe Golf Course. His community roots run deep, as he grew up playing for local sports teams, including the Redcliffe Dolphins (NRL) and Peninsula Power (soccer).
Driven by personal experiences, Liam developed a passion for property from a young age. He enjoys meeting new people and works diligently to exceed their expectations. Over the past 2.5 years, he has built a solid foundation in real estate, starting at a local independent agency where he began in customer care, addressing buyer inquiries. He then progressed to a Level 1 agent, learning the intricacies of appraisals, listings, and sales, ultimately becoming a full-time selling agent.
Liam holds a real estate certificate and is particularly passionate about ensuring that clients have a professional and enjoyable experience throughout the buying or selling process. He believes that helping people and delivering outstanding results is at the heart of his work.
His key strengths include being personable, understanding, and transparent, all complemented by a strong work ethic. When building client relationships, Liam prioritises perspective; he always considers how clients might feel during the process, ensuring that each person he interacts with feels valued and understood.
Liam chose to join the Place Redcliffe Peninsula team because of its welcoming culture and the calibre of high performing, driven individuals within the team.
Outside of work, Liam enjoys golf, hitting the gym, and dining with friends and family. He finds balance in life by prioritising quality time over quantity, dedicating Sundays to family and friends while also planning holidays throughout the year.
