With a wealth of experience in administrative roles and team leadership, Ronelle plays  a vital part in ensuring the office runs smoothly each day. She supports our high performing sales team by coordinating all the behind-the-scenes processes that make  exceptional client service possible. 

Ronelle brings a strong foundation of organisation, reliability, and discretion to the  role. Whether it’s managing forms, contracts, or compliance, she’s the person our  agents trust to get things done efficiently and accurately. Her ability to prioritise,  adapt, and support makes her a key figure in the day-to-day success of the agency. 

Having previously served as a Branch Manager leading a team of 12 agents, Ronelle  understands the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry. Her Diploma of  Business Administration, along with hands-on expertise in tools such as RealworksRP Data, and Agent Support, allows her to operate at a high level and streamline  systems to support growth. 

From listing preparations to post-sale documentation, Ronelle ensures everything  behind the scenes is seamless—so our agents can focus on delivering outstanding  results across suburbs like Redcliffe, Newport, Scarborough, and beyond.
